How long does it take? We’ll send you an initial list of options in 1 week after we meet. You can expect the final list of options and booking instructions within 2-3 weeks.
What does it cost? This service is at no cost to you. As a travel agency, the hotel covers our rate.
What is the minimum? We require a minimum of 50 hotel room nights in any pattern (ie 50 rooms on one night, 25 rooms for 2 nights, 17 rooms for 3 nights etc)
What locations do you serve? We serve events for any location within the USA
